As a patriotic, sports-loving American, I'm proud that I learned the sport of golf from my father and grandfather. Apparently, Sen. Obama loves the sport too. Thus, despite the silly right-wing attacks on Sen. Obama's unique name, it turns out that he is a real sports-loving American after all.
Maybe someday Sen. Obama will create a raffle in which his supporters can play a round of golf with him. That would be awesome!

Democratic U-S Senator Barack Obama, who's mulling a presidential bid, played golf with friends at an Oahu golf course this afternoon.
Honolulu television station K-I-T-V reported that Obama visited the Olomana Golf Links in Waimanalo for at least the second time in four days.
He wore a gray polo shirt, white shorts, sunglasses and a white baseball hat.
